5th Arrest in Hookah Lounge Lot Murder

On July 13, 2014, Tyrell Hall, 20, was shot and killed in the parking lot of a hookah lounge within the 1900 block of Fulton Avenue.

Sheriff Homicide Detectives previously released photographs asked for the public’s help in identifying individuals they believe had significant information related to the events that occurred.  With the assistance of phone calls, emails and tips from the Community, Detectives have now arrested a fifth person involved in this shooting spree and homicide. 

Frederick Lamont Davis, 28, of Sacramento was arrested yesterday (August 28, 2014) and booked into the Sacramento County Main Jail for assault with a deadly weapon charge related to this crime. 

Homicide Detectives continue to seek the public’s assistance in identifying one individual (pictured).  He is described as a black male adult with collar length dreadlocks and goatee-style facial hair.  He appears to have a tattoo on his left bicep and is seen wearing a reddish colored shirt, denim pants and red colored shoes.
