On Monday, November 19th, the Sacramento Kings and partner Wells Fargo will team up to serve Thanksgiving dinner to benefit local families in need. The Kings players to join Slamson, Kings Dancers, members of the Kings Women’s Organization and volunteers from Wells Fargo and Levy Restaurants for annual Thanksgiving Dinner Celebration.
The dinner will take place at Trinity Life Center Gymnasium in Sacramento at 5225 Hillsdale Blvd from 6:00 to 7:30 pm.
The Kings players will include Tyreke Evans, Isaiah Thomas, Chuck Hayes, Travis Outlaw, Francisco Garcia and John Salmons, Slamson, Kings Dancers, members of the Kings Women’s Organization, Levy Restaurants and volunteers from Wells Fargo and Maloof Sports & Entertainment.
Kings players and team personalities will join volunteers at Trinity Life Center in Sacramento to serve a Thanksgiving dinner benefitting local families (approximately 500 people expected). Guests in attendance each receive a traditional holiday meal with all the trimmings and a toiletry kit containing basic hygienic necessities.
The event tips off Maloof Sports & Entertainment’s 11th annual Season of Giving-a series of charitable projects encompassing an ongoing effort to make a positive and meaningful difference in the lives of families in need throughout the Sacramento region.
