The National Weather Service has issued a "Fire Weather Watch" from Friday afternoon through Saturday evening for gusty winds and low humidity in Northeast California. 

**CAL FIRE Incidents**

West Fire, Kern County
Southeast if Tehachapi
* 1,436 acres of timber, 25% contained
* 35 structures have been destroyed and 150 residences and 500 commercial properties are still threatened
* Expected containment on July 30

Russell Complex, Lassen County
East of Straylor Lake
* 100 acres of timber, 100% contained

**Federal Fires**

Bull Fire, Kern County
USFS Sequoia National Forest / Kern County Fire
Outside Kernville
* 16,074 acres - 12% contained
* Expected containment August 10

 McDonald Fire, Lassen County
BLM Northern California District
3 miles northeast of Termo
* 7000 acres - 10% contained
* Expected containment August 2 

Constantia Complex, Lassen County
BLM Carson City District
5 miles south of Doyle
* 1,369 acres - 73% contained
* Expected containment July 29

 Mono Fire, Mono County
USFS Inyo National Forest
5 miles southeast of Lee Vining
* 1,200 acres - 65% contained
* Expected containment July 30

 Modoc Lightning Complex, Modoc County
USFS Modoc National Forest
20 miles southwest of Alturas
* 67 acres - 100% contained
