North Highlands Man Missing Considered At Risk

Update: John Killins, 55, reported missing from his residence on Turner Drive in North Highlands, has been located and is safe.

The Sheriff's Department is seeking the public's assistance in locating a man who went missing from his residence in North Highlands yesterday evening. John Killins, 55, was last seen shortly after 10:00 p.m. on February 27th, at his residence in the 3600 block of Turner Drive. He is considered to be at-risk due to having a diminished mental capacity.

Killins is described as a white male adult, 5'4" tall and weighing approximately 170 pounds. He has short, balding brown hair and wears glasses. Killins was last seen wearing a red jacket and long, white shorts. He possesses an RT bus pass, and is known to use that mode of travel at times.
