Weapons and Drugs Seized in Bust
Six family members were among seven people arrested earlier today in an operation that netted the seizure of multiple weapons and drugs throughout Sacramento County. The Sheriff's IMPACT Division served search warrants at seven residences in Sacramento County, Roseville and West Sacramento. The operation was conducted in response to increasing violence in north Sacramento County this year, including an incident in which undercover Sheriff's deputies were shot at by an unknown assailant last month.
Arrested earlier today and booked into the Sacramento County Main Jail were Cristiano Cisneros (21), Louis Cisneros (22), Victor Cisneros (25), David Cisneros (26), Roland Cisneros (43), Oscar Cisneros (44), and Anthony Reece (25). Collectively, they face multiple charges including possession of controlled substances for sale, possession of controlled substances while armed with loaded firearms, possession of an assault weapon, criminal conspiracy, violations of probation, and felony child endangerment.
Law enforcement officers seized six firearms including two fully-automatic weapons and a sawed-off shotgun, along with body armor, marijuana, methamphetamine, cocaine, and numerous items indicative of criminal street gang membership.
The IMPACT Division was formed at the beginning of 2012, and consists of Sheriff's Department personnel, along with representatives from various local, state and federal agencies throughout the region. Their mission is to eliminate violent street gangs, their causes and effects, and the criminal means by which they support their lifestyle. Today's operation involved the Sacramento County Sheriff's Department, Folsom Police Department, Sacramento Police Department, Placer County Sheriff's Office, and the Yolo Narcotics Enforcement Team (YONET).
