Community 1st Bank Opens Sacramento Office

Community 1st Bank announced today that it opened a new Loan Production Office in Sacramento.  The office, located at Point West Corporate Plaza, 1425 River Park Drive, Suite 404 near Cal Expo, will serve a growing Sacramento clientele.

Community 1st Bank is an SBA Preferred Lender and offers a full complement of loan products, including commercial, consumer and real estate loans from this new location.

The appointment last year of Peter Raffetto to the Bank's Board of Directors has increased Community 1st Bank's profile in the Sacramento region. He enjoyed an extensive and prestigious banking career in the Sacramento area that spanned more than 35 years.

"The addition of Peter to the Bank Board of Directors created a need to bring our delivery system to Sacramento," said Robert Haydon, President and CEO of Community 1st Bank.

Raffetto has served as Director of both California Independent Bankers and California Bankers Association. Raffetto retired when Calnet Bank was sold to Commercial Capital Bank in 2006.

"Community 1st Bank wants to provide the same high level of outstanding service to Sacramento that we give our customer base in Placer County", Raffetto said. "Community 1st Bank is an extremely service-oriented community bank that takes the time to know their customers on a personal basis and give them the best service possible. I am delighted with the Bank's new presence in the Sacramento market."

Community 1st Bank has offices in Auburn and Roseville, which in addition to loan products, offers business and personal deposit products, including remote deposit capture, health savings accounts, online banking, cash management services and "coming soon," mobile banking.
